Etica. Hands down, one of my favourite restaurants in town. Perfect for date night, family catch ups, group dinners – perfect all the time really. Owners Federico and Melissa focus on ethically sourced animal products, organic and home grown veggies and of course, chewy Neapolitan styled pizza. Etica was the first restaurant in Adelaide to receive the AVPN (Associazione Verace Pizza Napoletana) tick of approval. The wine list consists of a handful of stand out South Australian producers and Italian easy drinking pizza wines.
The energy of Etica is informal and bustling, while food is served with warmth and care.
