Fino Seppeltsfield is located in the Barossa Valley, a pleasant one hour drive from Adelaide. Seppeltsfield is one of the Barossa’s most renown wineries, established in 1851, with the addition of Fino in the original bottling hall in 2014.
The Barossa is gorgeous all year round, although Spring and Summer are without a doubt my favourite times to take a trip. Vines are lush, the animals are out and the accessibility to such a region makes you grateful to call South Australia home. The food at Fino is served with an emphasis on the connection to the Barossa region; its culture and people. The menu celebrates the restaurant’s relationships with local growers, farmers and producers from the Barossa Valley and across Australia. Plates are designed to be shared, focussing on freshness, simplicity and provenance.
Dishes photographed include:
Quail, chicken and vegetable escabeche
Artichoke and salad hearts, grains, yoghurt
Fried sardines, verdale olives and almonds
Grilled garfish, oyster mushrooms, pickled eggplant, wakame and sunflower sprouts
Grilled half chicken, chermoula and cracked wheat.

Many thanks to the wonderful team at Fino, with special thanks to Sharon, David and Sam.
